The report points out that focusing on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, the city's bearing industry continues to highlight, which has contributed a strong "Luoyang Power" to the development of the national bearing industry.
　　On the whole, at present, China has formed five industrial clusters represented by Luoyang, Wafangdian, Yangtze River Delta, eastern Zhejiang and Liaocheng. Last year, the national output of bearings was nearly 20billion sets, and the industry achieved an operating income of about 193 billion yuan, an increase of about 9% year-on-year. Among them, the overall operating income of the bearing and related parts manufacturing enterprises in our city has exceeded 20billion yuan. Luoyang has become a comprehensive bearing production base with the most complete variety of bearing products and the widest use in China. According to the report, last year, there were 117 major enterprises and enterprise groups in the national bearing industry, with a cumulative main business income of 93.065 billion yuan, an increase of 9.81% year-on-year. Luoyang enterprises account for two of the top ten enterprises in the industry, respectively Luozhou axis, which ranks fourth, and Luoyang xinqianglian, which ranks sixth. Among them, the business income of Luozhou axis has increased by more than 50% year-on-year, and Luoyang xinqianglian has achieved great strides in the development of enterprises with a year-on-year growth rate of more than 300%.

The launch of the national key R & D plan "research and application of key technologies of high-power wind turbine spindle and Booster Box Bearings and construction of industrial verification platform" marks the entry of Luo axis into the field of high-power wind turbine bearings; Guochuang bearing won the bid for the relevant projects of the Provincial Department of industry and information technology, and began to build the first industrial Internet collaborative cloud platform in China's bearing industry; The axle Research Institute Technology Center was rated as the national enterprise technology center, the provincial bearing innovation center with the national innovation bearing as the carrier was rated as the provincial manufacturing innovation center, and the axle Research Institute and Luozhou axle were listed in the list of enterprises in the national "scientific reform demonstration action".

The axis Research Institute is China's first deep space antenna array system, "chang'e-5" and long march-5-b remote-1 launch vehicle and other supporting bearings, and has successfully developed 4.5 MW wind turbine spindle bearings, filling the domestic gap; Luozhou axis successfully operated the largest shield wind turbine bearing test machine in China. Its main bearing of shield machine with a diameter of 11 meters was selected into the top ten landmark high-end equipment in the province. The enterprise also successfully developed the first large-diameter off-axis telescope bearing in China; The 3MW three row roller and double row tapered main shaft bearings independently developed by Luoyang xinqianglian have achieved the only import replacement. At present, they have begun to provide stable supplies to major domestic wind turbine host manufacturers.
