In the end of 2017, we introduced a new automatic heat treatment production line. This entire line is made up of six parts which are storage feeder, quenching heating furnace, quenching tank, cleaning machine, re-cooling pool and tempering furnace. Besides it is also equipped with an automatic electronic control system thus ensuring the stability reliability and accuracy of teh whole heat treatment process.

We have six photoelectric appearance testing machines which can ensure the surface quality of our balls. Moreover we also have two sets of the world most advanced bearing ball quality control equipment-AVKIO eddy current test machine & Ultrasonic testing equipment. These automatic machine can detect surface and under-surface defects.

The American automatic packaging machine makes weigh-counting of small balls easy and accurate. So we can meet the packing requirement from different customers.
